a regenerative way of learning
Learning by doing.
By simulating reality, we solve tasks directly in an imagined world's reaction to what you want to learn. Regenerative vision of where we are going and how we should be leaders is the basis for this.
I would say the book "regenerative Leadership" is a must before you can get started with this. Important everyone has a common understanding of the ideas and philosophies the school, the courses are based on.
this came to me in 2021. We are now writing 2025, both I and some things have evolved. It will naturally also apply to the content and execution of the idea. But the concept itself is the same

Concept: we do not operate with classes but with teams. A small group of students form an independent unit. E. G. 4 people.

This is a sketch of what the school of the future might look like. A school model that can actually be used by all teaching places.
This is a school principle that is in line with the philosophy behind regenerative leadership and the leadership principles Systemic thinking as well as TEAL

No regular classes but small self-governing teams of students work towards this

Small, self-governing groups where everyone is responsible.
You learn everything by working practically with a world simulator, in the same way as working with a flight simulator.
It responds on many levels.
It shall be able to simulate reactions to: profit, market opportunity, economy, ecology, pollution, employment, consumption, human welfare environment, shareholder, stock market, .....
everything shall be present with a great focus on a sustainability and a regenerative outcome . You choose a level to work in: World, continent, country, County, municipality, local environment,
We will have the response both from outside and from within. That means: how does the world react, and how does my project react, to the activity / decision I describe for the simulator. Students are interactive with the simulator
The students are organized in teams (here with 4) each student has their own project/idea. The team works on one project at a time. The team will work through each of the students ' projects through the study.
It is a self-running self-governing group.
The idea is you "feed" the simulator with your ideas, the description of how you imagine things effectuated. The project shall be further developed according to reaction/feedback. This will demand a great deal of problem solving. You and the group must gain knowledge needed, and figure out how to adjust so the projekt and the simulator come to a result you want. Students are in a flowing conversation with the simulator
Team members are responsible themselves.
Teachers and course leaders are both teachers and advisors. They bring in knowledge, and ask new relevant questions to be solved, that make the team work in a fruitful direction in relation to what one needs to learn from the topic.
It will be almost the same effect as learning through apprenticeship . One learns a craft while solving a project.
Example: a student has an idea about a new product they are trying out. They ask the simulator: If production is moved to China, what happens then for both the company, the people involved and the environment? the changes the simulator shows are to be assessed, the Simulator will ask for different kind of information needed to be able to do the calculation.
Then the student and the team has to work out all the answers asked for. Here they will need to learn new skills , and must ask for specific teaching, guiding,
This is like entrepreneurship, - find your way through challenges in order to realize your dream.

Thoughts on school philosophy
This is a living changeable organism.
The student's own desire is the main breath.
Therefore, important factors are excitement, motivation, fun, joy, challenges, satisfaction, see your own progression.
This is Self-governing groups according to the TEAL model where everyone naturally takes, and are responsible for: themselves, the team and the large community.
As elsewhere in nature
This is not an online education where every individual sits at home.
You meet in a physical group, and use the web as a tool. It's important to develop all of our senses. There is a reason we have these senses, and it gives a satisfaction to know you have the sensory capacity.
it is important meet physically to tease all senses through the communication. Good teamwork depends more of the human than technical part. We define abilities as senses that are part of a whole. Senses and abilities need to be in motion.
They should not be handled like a machine that you only bring out when someone asks for it. They are you being alive and feeling vital

Because that's how the world works. It works like nature, is in an eternal moving change, influenced by everything at the same time. The more you own and manage your sensory impressions, listen to react and act on them , instead of being "stunned" to be told what to think, the better you are equipped both as an entrepreneur and a leader. This is the biological thought.
The simulator" world " is based on artificial intelligence, (or what is available of technology) and integrates information in a dependency index with other info. That is, if something changes it has consequences for other things. (written in 2021, before I learned about the IA) The simulator consists of as many factors as possible in interaction, but it only communicates what you need to learn and relate to. I. e students need to learn segmenting their work. Training focus.
I can imagine we eventually train up a large simulator that several types of schools can use, with different needs for Impact Response. Those who are health workers will receive one type of feedback on their input, those who are business leaders another, those who are bureaucrats a third. And so on
The first step will probably be individual devices, which hopefully can get to interact eventually Yes, this is quite a complex system!
The goal is not to learn how to produce good results.
The goal is to learn understand consequences, learn be creative flexible, changeable:
What happens if...?
What happens if I do this....?
How to change....?
How to implement what works...?
and so on....
You have to think out of the box and bring all of you into the team.
Each individual must be trained in taking care of internal health. It is so important in order to be able to use all the mentioned senses, such as intuition, courage, creativity. flexibility, thoughtfulness, listening re-think, love
Therefore, topics such as spirituality, eco-awareness, social science and holistic thinking should be central and must be emphasized by the simulator. It should be mandatory to work on oneself, take care of inner and spiritual health. Through this school, students must experience how essential it is to safeguard these areas in order to perform in a good way for the world.
We will create and support good roads to be able to do this in our school system
Thinking "tribal thinking" - WE -this is a very important to bring out as motivational factor.
We want our students to be able to feel that, as a core belief. The simulator will illustrate the difference in impact , having different philosophies
How to work as a team, interconnected

These are small self-managed groups of students.
Everyone has an idea they want to work on.
Everyone's ideas are being proceeded through the process.
The student work as a team realizing one idea at a time
You learn to see your self as,"I am a part of the whole.So I, my contribution, matters "
We expect you to participate in the group with a desire to understand as much as possible, be able to interact, take over other people's functions if needed.
All with an attitude of positive curiosity. wanting to learn new skills
The goal for the individual is to eventually develop their specialty, yet still be able to fulfill many roles. That means to gain a broad understanding. Take your own responsibility for the common task. Be able to work independently in a jointly defined direction .
Example of work: The group work on one of the ideas from the members. ( every one's ideas/ visions goes through this process separately, one at at time)
You must cooperate in all levels and areas:
-to plan product development, to find partners for special tasks, obtain prices, get needed info on sustainability, environment, social impact, calculate staffing, marketing, etc.
The group look on itself as a team where tasks are distributed according to who has the most desire for what this time. It is part of the mission to help each other, both asking and offering.
One is "In charge "for a specific assignment, the others are helpers, another is" in charge " for another specific assignment in the project, the other helpers. Etc.
You change roles as needed along the way. The group administers itself. A kind of Organic Project Management
The results will be very flexible wide-thinking people, who are trained to both take responsibility, lead, and to let themselves be led. No talk of building a hierarchy! This should be a completely flat structure. Inspired by the principle of TEAL

An independent team for learning, a living organism
The group, the team, is a living autonomous organism that works as part of a common goal, just like a cell in the body. Each entity has an inner knowing of purpose, of what to do and where to go . It is like having an " inner Business DNA, in the same way that the biological cell houses the individual DNA.
These self-governing groups (like enterprises) connect with each other by exchange and cooperation, so that together they constitute something much better ,stronger more viable. Which then again together with other such communities can create something even bigger better wiser, and so on
(the cells co-work with each other, all types of cells create interaction - something "even better" arises - an organ, which connects with other organs and becomes something much mor spectacular because of the diversity: a whole human being )
Imagine if everyone of us has the same basic tone, that says we will work towards a society that is sustainable, Where nature will get opportunity so self-recover. Where we have a balance through doing what is needed here and now, and follow the change needed as time passes and the world's needs change. Where everyone strives for the satisfaction it is to create a good world for everything and everyone, including yourself and your loved ones
Instead of like it is now, where we learn that inner satisfaction is achieved by being the best, the winner better than others. A goal where you overlook the needs of the soul, a goal where, by the very nature of this way , you are never good enough, never satisfied.
The driving force for the people in the team shall be the individual's interest in solving tasks, the interest in learning to work creatively, the joy of co-creating and being a part of a flexible team. No curriculum to be passed !
essence of the team
To be able to join this education, you need a basic knowledge at college level.
You have framed an idea/concept/vision that you want to test out.
We work on one concept at a time in teams. The team will be a small group, there must be time and space for realistic testing of each of the students project/vision.
Everyone contributes to the common goal, that is to have this concept tested in different circumstances.
The team tests if, and in what way, a project can be useful for our world, and meaningful for you. How would that look like. Can you make it contribute to the common good.
Students in the team do not need not know everything about everything. One specializes according to his interest and enthusiasm, but the mathematician had to be able to step in to a seller role if needed,- give one for the team.
The essence is learning by doing. That means you are practice all the way. Not a normal theoretic "sitting and listen" education

To make a leader team/ company solid and able to create a healthy development in contact with a changing world, a whole new openness and trancparency is needed.
No one holds the cards to the chest, it does not serve anyone.
Therefor we practice creating cross-groups/ meetings / brainstorming with other individuals from other management groups who have the same special interest as you. You work and discuss each other's projects, help explore new angles, solutions etc. the same principle always is central : commitment and independence. You are out offering your knowledge, and others are doing the same.
You listen to each other, learn, develop. For the benefit of all.
It will give a sense of own responsibility for one's own efforts, (not the boasting or shouting of a superior or a teacher) one will get the feeling of being an independent part of this living organism rather than a person at work - this way of thinking will create good positive social innovative encounters.
There will be no competition, it is not relevant. It is much more relevant to feel part of this wonderful development process, to feel inner growth and outer growth as part of something bigger than oneself.
If we only focus on profit as a result, no living synergy are created, only static presence. Profit maximization is essentially unnatural and unsatisfying to the innermost human nature. therefore "profitation" does not fit into this school model and worldview. (And this is not beneficial for any country, - not at all in the long term)
You will be trained in how to take gained knowledge home to share and implement in your team
The team is one Living organism, a mass in which everyone is interested in each other's knowledge for the common good.
When you come" home", you offer what you have gained from this exchange.
It is still essential there exist an inherent sense of the goal, as the cells have an inner knowledge of a common goal: create an organ, as a part of a community creating life. Each student must work on inner nourishment, so that these common goals together with a good inner drive is turned on.
The comfort zone is a place where you rest, recover, like when you have gone shopping and put things in the refrigerator when you come home. It is outside the comfort zone all the new fun is !
Mistakes are just opportunities to learn and to test.
Teams can seek or offer knowledge with the outside world.
A good way to show yourself. And to promote modern selfless biological management, while showing "here I am"
About the student
Each one must have read the book "regenerative leadership by Laura Storm and Giles Huckins and become familiar with regenerative management.
You will be trained in new management principles.

The Simulator "World"

We need artificial intelligence that can simulate how the mechanisms of the world work.
Everything must be equated when it comes to the type of information that is given back to the team. No field must be overlooked in the first place.

That gets a total different logic way of learning. You have to act like you're in the "normal world." You get an immediate experience through the simulator's reactions to your input, it is you who will identify the problems and difficulties that need to be solved and relate to this by acquiring knowledge and using this together with the team.
In this way, you solve the assignment as if it were a real job situation, instead of as now, where the schools first give you a theoretical split up knowledge, and then you must try to connect when you have finished school and hopefully got a job
(now 5 years later in 2025, - it will be an AI generated simulator that is trained to simulate "the big web of the world", built up as ecosystems, connected and dependent on each other. Not so unrealistic anymore )

We focus on solving of missions in interaction with the simulator.
You teach the whole team, not the individual student when working up to the simulator. By that, there will be more interaction, conversation instead of one-way communication.

Everyone wants to be like the heroes. Be a hero when you teach the team
-then the message gets through.
That is, you must dare to be yourself stand for what you convey, live it.

how the teaching is done in practice
Teachers come to the team when they are invited, the team presents what they need to learn, thereby the teaching is underway.
A teacher rolls between the groups, and stays there as needed.
The teams must take responsibility for sharing the teacher's capacity among themselves. Be accountable for how much they use resources in relation to what other teams need. You must collaborate with competitors.
Teachers are more mentors and advisors than teachers. They inspire development by sharing their knowledge. They teach the team to acquire relevant knowledge by themselves, think, try out and rely on their own ability to find solutions.
It's more important to try and fail than to wait until you have "planned yourself out of failure."
Mistakes and joint resolution of mistakes contain a lot of wisdom

They teach in their specialty. It is up to the team to get the best out of each teacher, by creating good questions adapted to the specialist they have asked to visit.

So - when the teacher is in the team, he / she also comes with questions for the project, which will prompt the team to work on several of the other things on the checklist
Ex: Team has a visit from a product developer. He/she raises an additional question: What if suddenly you do not get deliveries of material due to war, and there are new tariffs in a parts-producing country? - the team must put these new conditions into simulator World, and work on those areas where suddenly new circumstances appear. - that will acquire other necessary skills to learn to resolve the situation,

When the student comes out in real life, where

Traditional business schools teach the"art of chess". We will teach the"art of juggling".

Within each topic one should learn to think holistically and developmental, how is it now? Where do I want to go from here? How do I go that route? What story do I want to know?
It is important to see project solving in the light of Biological growth, a natural stabilizing development for common good for all parts of the project (employees, environment, trading partners, customers, subcontractors, climate footprint pollution, etc.)

The main driving force is the motivation to learn and solve challenges.
We want to provide good relevant tools for action, instead of learning to look for the one right answer.
In our changing world strict answers get outdated almost before given.
Our teaching will train you to be as changeable as the world, without you losing yourself or hurting others.

The Yinyang principle comes from ancient Chinese and Taoist philosophy.

We want you to learn to know and manage this tool of Yin Yang
We also want you to get to know TAO, a 2500-year-old Chinese philosophy, which is super relevant today.
It describes an equally and sustainable way of life, close to what we strive for now in our way forward. It uses an ingenious language, poetry. Few words are required here, to get to the point

assessment of achievement
There is no grades and no competition between the groups. On the contrary, regular exchange of ideas and experiences is in focus.
Each specialty has subject requirements one has to go through,
There is a high degree of self-evaluation and self-organization. That is: you should feel inspired to learn, feel that you are growing. Thrive. If this is not the case, you need to figure out what you need and how to solve this.
Working with your inner self is a good way to find answers. a way to get creative, find solutions for yourself and the life you are a part of.
You will be trained to speak out, questioning, to take care of yourself , your personal needs. Your family's needs. understand consequences as a part of a whole ecosystem.
We will establish good ways of training these skille together with teachers/supervisors.
At the same time, you learn the interaction with others, be part of other people's solutions, and you have to bring in others to your project, ask for help. Transparency is an important skill to master.
You and the teachers/ mentors will consider where in this landscape you are. How you need to navigate from here. So assessment of you is not standpoint assessment, no end point judgement for what you can do. assessment here means what opportunities have you opened, for your inner joy of creation, creativity, inner growth. What does it take for you to grow further in terms of improvement, renewal, greater and broader understanding. Etc.
What it takes to be a student
Certain basic professional knowledge, but just as important is the human factor, and that you are ready for a more indistinct way of management and leadership.
Take responsibility for yourself as in nature, where each plant / animal is responsible for itself and its own identity and its role in a community.

Teachers have the same kind of responsibility for the whole concept as students. TEAL principle.

It is a wish that we have different worldviews, culture, age race background, but there must be a common understanding of how we want the world to be, what we want with this school, and our idealistic foundation..

The management structure is like plasma, living movably and changeable. Everyone has the same place in the regime, movement-oriented, not career-oriented managerial team .
This leaderteam shall work in exactly the same way students learn to manage in business, become a leader.
All teachers, IT and adm vision are in daily contact. we have our own forum with input and outcome.
Just as it is important for the students to meet physically, it is also important for the staff to meet physically . Every day starts with a meeting. A report from this forum. ( this is written before corona changed a lot with various meeting platforms online. So here everyone with active rolls meet, those who can physically, and those who are online) - meaning if a teacher is not in an active period, they have of course not much interest in everyday briefing
The school structure itself will quite naturally become like plasma, in a perpetual motion according to circumstances.
At the same time, it is bonded to the more stereotypical world, by having to adhere to current laws and rules for school at all times.
The most important thing is everyone has a common understanding what do we want, and how.
The vision must be clearly defined and it is also fundamental in relation to regenerative management.

My job is to define and carry the vision as mirrors one needs along the way. And share my philosophical analysis/Understanding Principles. become a savings partner for the living school system.
I am not the one who decides, but the one who remembers, being a mirror of our core. Then each one will make up their opinion and take their decisions for the common good.

Den mest naturlige måte for oss å leve/oppføre oss på er å handle og tenke nøyaktig som biologien i oss.
Hvert enkelt menneske er som en selvstendig celle. Den samhandler med hverandre med sin indre iboende viten, DNA og tilgang til universell visdom. Samhandler i et helt utrolig mangfold
Da skapes det man jobber for av seg selv på mirakuløs vis. Som cellene til sammen automatisk danner en levende organisme, gjennom sitt samspill.

Når situasjoner blir snudd, ja så forandres utseende kanskje totalt, men hvis man ser etter er der de samme komponenter, de har bare skiftet plassering og kraft, kanskje fasong.
Det vil si behov for tjeneste/ produkt endres i takt med verden endrer seg. En medarbeider skal kunne finne sin nye plass når kaleidoskopet snus.
Kaleidoskop er viktig for å illustrere av verden vi lever
i forandres og dette påvirker ut i mange led og forbindelser.
